Three ways
we hold the work.
Everything we offer can be taken alone or woven together. Most people start with one thread and let the rest follow when they're ready.
Inner-child healing
Trauma-informed reparenting work for the wounds you've outgrown but never set down.
We help you recognise the patterns - harsh self-criticism, people-pleasing, the fear that small things will undo you - and gently trace them back to where they started. Then, slowly, we practise something different: mindfulness, journaling, creative play, and the steady act of becoming the caregiver your younger self needed.
- One-to-one sessions with a matched lead practitioner
- Reparenting routines and affirmation practice you can carry into daily life
- Referral pathways to IFS, EMDR and somatic therapists when deeper work is needed
Access & advocacy
The forms, the proof, the appeals - handled beside you, never handed to you.
Knowing help exists and actually reaching it are two different things. We sit with you through disability documentation, benefits applications and the assessments that decide whether support arrives. We help you gather the right evidence, meet the eligibility criteria, and - when an application is denied - build the appeal that gets it overturned.
- Application support for disability cards, benefits and access programmes
- Document checklists so nothing stalls your claim at the worst moment
- Appeals advocacy with a caseworker who knows the system inside out
Confidence & self-image
For when healing means feeling at home in yourself - and how you show up to the world.
Recovery often surfaces a quieter question: who am I now? This strand helps you rebuild a self-image you no longer have to defend. Sometimes that's inner work; sometimes it's reinvention through a new skill or craft. We support people exploring everything from creative confidence to professional reinvention - including those drawn to hands-on beauty and wellness training.
- Self-image coaching rooted in self-compassion, not performance
- Reinvention support for those building confidence through a new craft or course
- Small circles for shared encouragement and accountability
Four steps, no rush between them.
A conversation
A free, unhurried call to understand what you're carrying - no assessment.
A match
We pair you with the lead practitioner whose work fits you best.
A rhythm
Sessions and check-ins shaped around your life and your capacity.
A foundation
Tools and support that hold long after our work together ends.
Not sure which thread is yours?
That's exactly what the first call is for. We'll help you find the smallest, kindest place to start.
